Registered Guests Only : Only the guests listed on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.

Day Visitors : Visitors must be approved in advance by the host and must depart by 8:00 PM.

Trained and well-behaved pets are warmly welcomed at Hridya's. Please ensure pets are supervised and the property is kept clean.

Ensure the main gate is properly closed after entering or exiting. Please do not leave the gates open or unattended.

Check-In Time : 2:00 PM onwards (Early check-in subject to availability). Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Government ID : All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at check-in as per local regulation.

Quiet Hours : 10:00 PM 7:00 AM. Please keep noise, music, and TV volume to a minimum during these hours out of respect for neighbors.

Parties & Events : Strict no-party policy unless explicit written permission is provided by management prior to booking.

Smoking Policy : Smoking inside the property/rooms is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Alcohol: Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Illegal Substances : Possession or use of illegal drugs/substances is strictly prohibited and will be reported to local law enforcement immediately.

Energy Conservation : Please switch off all lights, fans, televisions, and air conditioners whenever leaving the room or property. Water Usage: Please ensure taps and showers are turned off fully when not in use.

Kitchen Use : If using the kitchen, please clean dishes, cookware, and countertops after use.

Trash Disposal : Place wet waste (food scraps) and dry waste (plastic, paper, glass) in their designated bins. Do not flush trash, sanitary items, or wipes down the toilets.

Locks : Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked whenever you step out of the property.

Valuables : Keep your personal belongings secure. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

Fire Safety : Open flames, candles, or incense are not permitted inside the bedrooms.

All foreigners and OCI card holders to submit passport and visa details for FRRO registration.
